The Impact of War on Mental Health
Such an event marks the launch of the WAN Aid community support initiative, which aims to enhance social cohesion and provide psychological support to those affected by war. During the event, we will also announce the "Mahabatna" initiative, which seeks to establish self-help psychological support groups for Sudanese women both inside and outside Sudan, creating a safe environment for sharing experiences and collective healing.
The seminar will discuss the impact of war on the mental health of individuals and communities, highlighting the importance of humanitarian partnerships in providing psychological and social support to those affected. A distinguished group of experts in mental health and humanitarian work will participate in the seminar, offering scientific insights and field experiences on the challenges and possible solutions.
